Canada Post is currently under contract negotiations and potential strike.
We ask at this time that instruments be shipped to us by UPS or FedEx from outside of Canada.
We have inexpensive options for return shipping.
 
Shipping instruments for repair from outside Canada, please mark the the package as "Being sent for Repair".
Also ensure documents are labelled "For Temporary Import, Sent for Repair".
High value insurance is not necessary on used instruments being sent, more important is a tracking number.
When instruments are returned to you they will be marked accordingly to avoid import duties.
